Did you know that 1/3 of Americans over 65 fall each year? Falls are the leading cause of injury or death in adults over 65. Simple solutions may greatly reduce the risk of falling. Join us on Wednesdays from 2 - 3:30 at Hamilton Public Library to learn practical strategies to manage falls. Classes start October 15th and run through December 3rd.
