Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities. A Matter of Balance is an award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. Join us on Wednesdays from 2 - 4 pm at Hamilton Public Library to learn practical strategies to manage falls. Classes run March 18 through May 6.
